For the best vertical video quality, we require a resolution of at least 1080×1920 pixels (or a minimum of 720×1280) in the 9:16 aspect ratio.
Alternative Format & Delivery
If a 9:16 format isn’t available, please provide us with a standard 16:9 video in 1920×1080. We can then create the 9:16 edit ourselves.
Crucially, in either case, please provide a direct download link to the full version of the video (e.g., via Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.).
Note: Due to concerns about quality degradation, we cannot download the video using a separate video downloader tool.
